Dirt road had way too many large potholes. Road should be better kept up with money spent. Was not given directions to our cabin in texts. Would have been nice to have known our location wasn’t onsite. Location was fine, but not knowing Caboose Lane was frustrating.

The surroundings were beautiful and the hotel had nice outdoor amenities. Everyone was friendly and the room was cozy. We especially loved the hammock!

The only note would be how thin the floors are, so we could hear neighbors walking around above us.

Our stay was wonderful, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and kind, and we loved the dog who just hung out around the property, he was a sweetheart

I wish there had been an elevator, because the stairs at that elevation were hard for my daughter who has POTS. It hadn't occurred to me to check before booking.

Comfort room, it also had outdoor items in the room that could be borrowed to help with exploring the park.

Train track next to the lodge was fairly active not exactly restful.

Property was amazing. Dogs were allowed everywhere except dining room. Caboose was cool and location for glacier park was awesome.

When I entered Caboose I was enjoying the concept and taking it all in, when I realized the floor was so dirty. We had a broom in our camper so I swept the floor disgusting for $550 a night. Then we go to dinner and we are told they are out of ribeye, sourdough, wedge salad. Ok so we understood delivery truck didn't make it so we ordered something else. Next night we place our order with Anthony 1/2 hour into it my husband said can I get my wedge salad now before the steak im hungry. 1/2 hr after that now 1 hr we asked what is taking so long. He said mishap in the kitchen so we left no food I went home and cooked at 7:30pm. So for what we spent and the service that was provided not so great. Trains go through all night long so if your a light sleeper bring head phones to help.

The whole staff was absolutely amazing! Great location with easy access to West Glacier entrance. Food was fantastic. We will be back!
