Room hadn’t been checked properly after last people as found items in a drawer- still there when we left and reported it to staff and on day of leaving 1 large towel missing -sorted quickly. Would have been nice to have a breakfast option

GBThe hotel is in a great location just off the centre of Richmond, making it easy to walk into town. On arrival I needed a parking disc, which the hotel had unfortunately run out of, but a kind local called Andy went to a nearby shop and got one for me. The double room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant one-night stay and I would happily stay there again

GBLovely room, fabulous location right on the market square. Beds were comfy. Liked set out of the room, a double, then a door with another single bed, meant me and my friend had some privacy. Fabulous shower.
Not much, it wasn't the warmest room, but it didn't spoil our visit.
