Hot tub was lush. Lovely open garden area Tidy little cabin style annex

It was a lovely stay. The property had a beautiful garden and backed right onto a river. Chairs were provided to sit by the river and the surrounding fields. The hot tub was great and the tv had loads of different channels as well as Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc. The hosts were lovely too. It’s a great area and on a quiet street. It is 5 minutes drive from Penrith and very close to the lakes and different hikes.

Overall the annex was clean, tidy, and had everything you need for day to day requirements.Very reasonably priced.
Not much we didn't like, if we had to point something out we think the hot tub could do with been a bit more private as it was open between the annex and the owners property.......other than that it was a lovely stay
