We loved the tranquility and rustic nature of the location and building. We especially loved the family story and the history of the place. The scenery is stunning. The accommodation itself is very us, with its eclectic mix of furniture and decoration, and the cozy feel. Maggie is a wonderful, thoughtful host. We have already booked again for a longer stay in September. Thank you Maggie. ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Nothing, other than our one night stay wasn't enough time to better explore and enjoy the location. We will be rectifying this soon.

"Wonderful days at the lakeside cottage"

Location is lovely, nestled amongst green hills and meadows by a lake. Access is via a single track and there is parking in front of the cottage. The cottage is lovely furnished, bed is very comfortable, WIFI good. We felt very much at home. It was very relaxing. Good place for trips to Aberystwyth, Devil Bridge or Elan Valley.

"Lovely location, warm cosy atmosphere"

The property was lovely, it was so warm and cosy, when we got there the fire was on. The view is beautiful and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Nothing it was lovely, we did find parking the car a bit tricky as we have a low car and the ramp is quite steep but that’s it.
