Comfortable bed, very clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast a good selection. The Lock, the food was alittle expensive for the size but nice. The Sky bar food, the selection minimal and only average.

Not being told I was being given a totally different drink (tonic) than ordered and staff correctly Hendricks gin with a slice of cucumber, not dried orange slice... Its a petty moan, I'm aware but all the same.
