Beautiful, rustic bungalow

Very comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Just back door lock very difficult but that was all

Spacious rooms although the layout was a little inconvenient

The outside space was not very welcoming

A beautiful place just as described and so easy to negotiate every room for my elderly disabled mother. Thoughtful and tasteful furnishings, very clean. Could not believe the owners had the same pic of the sleeping dog on the bed that I have in my lounge! Very easy off road parking. Fabulous location for Southwold.

This was a charming self catering property with all facilities supplied that you would expect for such a stay. Very spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Very peaceful but within easy reach of Southwold. Loved it!

Good size bungalow with comfy beds Large bathroom and good location, walked into Southwold

A separate toilet from the bathroom would have been nice

Beautiful cottage in a quiet area but close to the town of Southwold / Southwold beach . Very spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and very importantly off road parking . Lovely private patio area at rear of property , ideal for dinning and listening to birdsong .On a well served bus route to neighbouring villages . Feel really refreshed after our stay . Highly recommend

The back of the house gets very warm - we were there when it was very hot though so outside of the owners control

Great location , lots of space in the property with plenty of equipment in the kitchen Comfortable beds

Had to make contact to get the property cleaned when we arrived Very limited channels on the television - a smart tv would have been nice to be able to log in to different apps
