Beautiful, rustic bungalow

So homely, beautifully decorated and really comfortable. We had everything we needed and have already booked to return at Easter.

Everything - the descriptions and photos don't do it full justice. A lovely well equipped well situated lovely bungalow. The check in and check out times are perfect - mid afternoon so not wasting a day travelling or hanging around and late morning so no massive rush Beds were lovely and comfy. The dogs loved the space and the patio and lawn. The Rayburn was lovely-avery relaxed cosy stay!

Entirely beyond Alison's control but the placing of the traffic lights by the crew digging up the road made the access a little restricted - but again beyond owners control and will only be temporary.

ideal location for us within easy reach of Southwold pier .Property more spacious than I expected and entirely on ground floor with no steps . Host very helpful prior to the visit answering all my queries without delay. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and lots of storage for clothes etc . Off road parking

Comfortable accommodation with parking. Within walking distance to the attractions.

Outside area for sitting is in poor state, weeds all over the patio an d garden furniture covered in cobwebs. Very untidy area, pity we could not sit out as it was nice weather. Bathroom hand shower did not work and large shower head could do with a good clean and descale. Had to buy descaler for kettle in kitchen as it was badly scaled up. Windows are wooden single glazed sash type and difficult to open unless you have a lot of strength and some are in a very poor condition. Very musty smell when entering and despite opening what windows we could , the smell did not go. Front bedroom carpet very badly stained in areas.

Great location; walkable to Southwold, helpful and prompt messages re entry code etc. Good parking and bath was nice!

A little unloved and could do with a better clean between lets. No welcome pack or guest book

The beds were very comfortable and clean linen. The size of the bungalow was spacious .

The bathroom in need of refurbishment as the floor is in a poor state . The carpets are stained and marked The kitchen’s cooking facilities poor . The electric cooker took a long time to cook some bacon

Everything about this beautiful bungalow was excellent, cleanliness excellent, kitchen lovely bathroom very clean, bedrooms spacious and beds were very comfy.

This property was fantastic we booked straight away for next year 😀
