"Ok for a couple of nights, otherwise poorly thought out proposition."

Room sizes bigger than photos, enclosed garden, pet friendly, price, reasonably clean.

TV, kitchen, glassware, range cooker and bathroom need replacing. Plates needed in a more accessible place. Cooker takes 45 mins to warm up, it would be a nightmare in hot weather. Was asked to leave property in same condition as found (fair enough) but they don't provide cleaning cloths! Boiler & radiators old & noisy, had to turn off at times due to noise. Clean but cheap duvet/pillows, & bedding quality not great. Single pane sash windows front of house, whilst not a huge amount of traffic at night did notice buses/vans doing 40 mph No visitor book, no list of favourite places to eat & visit, no books on local area. Nothing on local activities; markets, walking, bird watching etc.

Amazing bungalow - the photographs simply do not do it justice. It is so much bigger than we expected and had absolutely everything you could possibly want including an outdoor table and chairs (we were amazingly lucky with the weather for February!) Great location - easy to walk into Southwold.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Very comfortable home from home, with everything you need.

The position if the key box is very low and difficult to use if you are of a certain age - would be better higher so you can see the numbers clearly and don't have to be on your knees. The lawn was very overgrown

Great communication with the host. Everything you needed in the house for a comfortable stay. Quiet location with excellent parking. Lovely walks and beaches a short car journey away. Good restaurants and shops close by.

Nothing although some information on the local area, restaurants etc would have been useful.

Great little cottage, perfect for our 2 night stay. Very comfortable, well equipped, and an easy 20 minute walk into Southwold.
