Beautiful, rustic bungalow

Cosy fire Warm kitchen Roomy bedrooms Quiet

It was spacious and was in walking distance of Southwold. There was plenty of crockery which is very useful when there is a dishwasher and there is only 2 of you. Comfortable bed. Enclosed garden was brilliant for the dog. There was no fear of him escaping. It was useful to have a washing machine and tumble dryer although we were able to dry our washing on the line provided.

There was nothing to dislike although it would have been useful to have some fans as it was extremely hot indoors even with the windows and back door open.

Very spacious and comfortable. We liked that there was easy parking for more than one car and an enclosed garden. The house was great for us as a family! Great location, too.

Lovely characterful property, quiet, good amenities, great shower, nice kitchen. Great location for trips around the area.

All facilities were excellent ,shop near to property, and good parking off road.

This is a lovely, spacious and well appointed bungalow with a great homely atmosphere. Everything mostly worked well and the access was straightforward. Good wifi. Not too far from Southwold by car. We really enjoyed the stay and Southwold is an especially lovely quintessential English seaside town.

The Rayburn stove instructions were a bit cryptic and the stove appears to be left on (even in summer) which is odd. It must cost the owners a fortune in heating oil to keep it running that way. A coffee plunger would be good.

The accommodation inside was good had everything we needed.

Problem with TV as it was black and white and no one around to fix it. The outside area needed attention e.g. we would have liked to sit outside to eat but the outside wasn't very nice many weeds and garden furniture needed work. It was a shame. It would have been a perfect stay if there wasn't these issues.

very comfortable beds and lots of utensils in the kitchen to use. very easy to cater for ourselves. lots of charm and character to the property
