"High rental cost, low standard."

There was an untraceable disgusting smell eminating from the fridge top area. Being unable to eliminate it, we needed to have windows open whenever possible. Plates and cutlery could have been cleaner.

Communication was great from the moment of booking. Check in instructions really easy to follow. The caravan was very clean. The option of the breakfast hamper was great, this saved us having to pop straight out to get shopping. I would highly recommend.

Everything you needed was available. Only thing, which is no criticism but mainly for awareness is some of the kitchen equipment is a bit tired (loose handles etc) But they were still usable and had no negative impact on our stay.

Location is great. Beach is walking distance. Property is clean and has everything you need.

Curtains can come off the rails too easily. Kids could not draw them without some coming off. But that was it really.
