"Huisje zelf krijgt een 6, is opzich redelijk met alle gebreken aangezien wij heel flexibel zijn."

Dichtbij oude stad.

Buurt, veel louche figuren, herrie snachts en overdag van schreeuwende KaapVerdianen die voor je huis aan het drugs dealen zijn. Geen veilige buurt. En bij aankomst zeer slecht aangegeven waar het huisje was, in zelfde straat 3x nummer 15. We hebben kakkerlakken in het huisje gehad, deurknop van badkamer die eruit viel, kortom achterstallig onderhoud. In keuken en koffiemachine en broodrooster die niet werkt. Weinig keukentools. We hadden overwogen om een hotel te zoeken.

Apartamentul și dotarea bucătăriei, precum și locația.

Frigiderul nu răcea, nu se făcea curățenie dar nici nu exista o mătură și un mop să poți face curat..

O ambiente é extremamente acolhedor, bem localizado.

Achei difícil achar o nome da rua. E ruim para quem tem pouca mobilidade, pois tem as escadarias para subir e descer. Falta manutenção das portas das varandas e do banheiro. Tive medo de usar um aparelho eletrônico devido a tomada estar queimada.

L’emplacement craint et le logement est sale, les équipements ne sont pas propre ou ne marche pas et l’hôte de répond pas donc très compliqué pour récupérer les clés etc

El apartamento estaba reformado, la cama era cómoda y la cocina estaba relativamente bien equipada.

La recogida de llaves es a media hora andando, el apartamento a pesar de estar en el centro está en una calle en la que se ven drogadictos a plena luz del día. Ni el tostador ni el secador funcionaban. Íbamos 4 y solo había toallas para dos y la sábana del sofá cama no estaba (trajeron tras pedirlas). Para rematar encontramos una cucaracha.

Facilities in the apartment were acceptable. Separate lounge from bedroom ideal for the early morning people. Bed very comfortable and ample storage for clothing. Coffee machine was good. Shower toilet very good and plenty of hot water for showering

Apartment needs some repair as sink cupboard door hanging by one hinge. Bathroom door handle needs proper screws to secure it not silicone. Freezer needs defrosting. The owner might not be aware but people use the lane at the rear, which is overlooked by the apartments bedroom and lounge doors, as a place for smoking drugs and generally loitering. The police need to be informed of this to remedy the situation.

Posizionata in centro sotto il castello. Comoda a piedi, con la metro e tram 28.

La consegna delle chiavi erano da ritirare da un'altra parte della città, scomoda da raggiungere per poi dover tornare in centro. L'appartamento carino ma necessità di manutenzione elettronica tanto da aver paura a inserire le prese. Phon, stufetta bagno e tostiera non funzionanti. Zona un po' malfamata di sera
