Le personnel est très sympathique, merci à Berry d avoir rendu l’expérience encore meilleure ! La vue à couper le souffle, depuis la chambre, le rooftop etc Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant, le café est tres bien

Pas grand chose à redire

This was a perfect stay. Staff is very kind, breakfast is very good with a wide variety to choose. bedroom beautiful, clean and comfortable. They even packed a breakfast to go since i was leaving 6 am 🫶🏽 would def recommend staying here

Maybe they could inform that you need to climb up to reach, I walked there with my bags and it was taugh.

The dorms were spacious and clean, beds were very comfy and the view was unreal. Hot showers were fab! The chill space upstairs was also lovely and you were given plenty of food for breakfast, and could refill your bottle with drinking water. Initially this was my favourite place I had stayed and I met a lot of other travellers here.

BE AWARE - money was stolen from my purse which I only left on my bed for a short while to take a phone call. Luckily I counted my money that morning and I noticed three young staff members were acting strangely, in an out of bedrooms which were not locked and did not need cleaning. I caught one of the boys by my bed and realised what he had done. When I informed the other travellers we realised they had also searched other bedrooms and stolen jewellery. The staff gave the stolen money back to me and I was given a refund for my final night, though I cut my stay here short due to what happened and was very upset. Despite all of this the manager STILL asked me to leave a good review… The manager was pushing throughout our stay to give good reviews and kept taking photographs which didn’t feel natural. It’s clear they try their best to get the place to the top of booking.com, though in reality it feels very inauthentic. Sadly by the end I did not trust any of the staff whatsoever.

The view from the hostel was nice, but then again any hotel in Ella has a beautiful view

For the price (comparing with most countries in Asia) and the name (luxury hostel) you would expect much more but anyway seems like Siri lanka standards are not very high in the hostel industry. The staff keeps coming into the room randomly to clean. There should be times assigned for that.

Alles in allem war ich extrem zufrieden. Besonders gut ist das Frühstück, die Ausstattung der Zimmer (Vorhang für jedes Bett etc.) und das Personal. Berry war super hilfsbereit. Und ich habe ganz viele nette Leuten kennengelernt :) Das Hostel hat sehr viele Angebote, aber es ist kein Partyhostel, das war mir wichtig.

The view on Ella Rock was stunning! The breakfast was amazing and I liked that you had some privacy curtains in the rooms. All in all I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel and even extended one night. Staff was very helpful, beds were comfy and the vibes were nice too.

The shower had no door so when showering the whole bathroom was completely wet and I have an ick for wet floors.
