Everything! The views were exceptional. The service was top notch! Maria gave us a private tour of the facility. She was amazing!

It is a walk up….but worth it!

The location and the views were amazing. Also, the hotel is also a museum and has wonderful art hung everywhere.

The view from the terrace, the landscaping and grounds were beautiful. The smell of jasmine. The breakfasts were excellent especially the fried eggs in butter.

Many steps involved within the property and to get into town - not for less mobile guests. Difficult to climb especially on hot sunny days. Took a long time for the water to become hot in the bathroom. Not enough value for price we paid.

We loved everything about Casa Cuseni, a truly memorable stay. Perfect location, rich in history with great amenities. Thanks to the team for making our stay so memorable. We would love to come back

Our first night our aircon was rattling however it was fixed as soon as we mentioned it the next morning. The bed wasn't overly coumfy possibly due to the frame however they advised this will be rectified and I trust it will be. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Casa Cuseni is an absolute gem in Taormina! We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so special and welcomed, going out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The property itself is breathtaking — full of history, art, and charm, yet so well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Walking through the gardens and rooms feels like stepping into a living museum, but with all the warmth and care of a boutique hotel. Staying here was more than just accommodation; it was an experience. The combination of history, beauty, and hospitality made our honeymoon magical. We will always cherish the memories of our time at Casa Cuseni and cannot recommend it enough!

It was a fabulous experience. Casa Cuseni is not just a hotel to stay in, but the gem of Sicily holidays itself. We stayed in the Daphni Suite, and the views were spectacular from both balconies. The room and the hotel itself are very picturesque, so you could literally take hundreds of photos without even leaving the territory. The location is one of the best in Taormina. It is on a quiet road next to the city center, so you don’t face crowds, but at the same time it is a short walk to reach Corso Umberto or the cable car. Also great homemade breakfast, a supportive manager, and even the owner helping the guests to be comfortable. A big plus is the large parking space with easy access, and an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and showers. If you have heavy luggage - don’t worry, they have a luggage lift to bring it up.

We loved the beautiful casa with its beautiful view and gardens. The pool was lovely, the service friendly, helpful and warm. We specially loved the tour and history of the building and of experiencing its soul. Thank you so very much for making our visit so very special.

We would have liked to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

This house and gardens were magical. I didn't quite understand that we would be staying in the actual old mansion, where all the books, artwork and furniture are original, and the owner and staff make you feel like friends. The historical tour of the house by Maria was so interesting, it lead me down of rabbit hole of reading about the artists and people who have lived there. This was a place where artists and writers came to be inspired, and it did the same for me. The view of Mount Etna and the town below are beyond compare.
