GBThe owners and staff were so very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant - 10 minute walk into the main street. The suite was very large and well equipped. The history of this hotel/museum is very very special.
The lounge/deck chairs around the pool could really benefit from having cushion pads as there were hard and not conducive to laying by the pool for any length of time.

Access to property is very difficult; cumbersome lock system( we wasted hours in middle night trying to access locked doors with key code card and no one tends to be around after 9:30) If you come back to house after dinner no one is there; you have to call an emergency personal number ( they gave us a separate card with the number )of owner but if phone does not work you may be left outside in dark as we were. It is a very difficult climb up a hill once you enter the property. They use a lift only for bags. For older folk or anyone with mobility difficulty this is not a desirable place to stay. That said, once up to the house , which has a storied impressive, evocative history,the views and settings are magnificent but getting up there has numerous impediments. The staff were caring but the owners need to figure out a better fall back system first accessing the hotel( eg include info in separate email and text not a card it just simple quick verbal explanation; ensure key cards work on every required door and that the placement of even a hashtag(#) in a code( eg befure or after a numerical code) is uniformly described.
GBGreat location, staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond to make our trip special. They booked beach trips, transport, restaurant reservations to make our trip stress free.
Location was perfect nice a quiet but only a few minutes away from the main streets.

GBCasa Cuseni is an absolute gem! The house, which has a Museum section, is beautiful, full of history and exquisite decor! I stayed with my mother in the Daphne suite and we loved it, the balcony had the most stunning views to the Ionic sea and the Etna Mount. And it's only a short walk to the main street of Taormina! Also I need to mention the attention: Maria and the breakfast service ladies were very kind, helpful and made us feel welcomed and at home. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Maria was also the best guide during the tour around the Museum!

GBThe garden and hotel was beautiful, such a lovely place to stay. The view at breakfast was amazing and our room was perfect. The swimming pool was great to come back to after a busy day! Great location, 5 minutes from everything you need in Taormina.
