She is one of the “treasures” of Casa Cuseni. Mema was also so kind, helpful and a real pleasure to meet and get to know. Dr. Francesco was a real gentleman and so kind. AUUSThis is a very unique property as it’s a heritage art museum with every room filled with original works of art. The rooms are enormous with balconies overlooking Mt Etna and bay of Naxos.

We had no criticisms . I would say if someone was looking for plush modern luxury they would be disappointed . It is classic shabby chic.

We were let down by a taxi arranged by the hotel and the staff didn't have an alternative option - small point. It is a steep walk from the town but thats not the hotels fault and you wouldn't get the view otherwise!

it felt like we were in the middle of a renovation with all the works going on during our stay. Bedding and bed furniture requires updating. Laundry service was supposedly available but was not available during our stay, with no alternative on site available.
