Naughty Shades of Brighton

The location is great. Within walking distance to Brighton pier and other attractions.

Could be cleaner.

The venue has the potential to be something super special. The kitchen is really nice, and the big peices of play equipment was great quality. Few cheeky impact toys and cuffs were there also. Pillows and duvets were great and fluffy. The rain shower (not pictured in photos) looked lovely. The host was amazing in communication and information.

I have never left a negative review but im doing so to be honest to others staying, and hope improvements are made so we can come back.The The flat was disappointingly run down and could do with some love and a deep clean in all areas. Sadly, despite putting the heating to 26 it was very cold so made the evening difficult and distracting. New mattress is needed in the play room as could feel springs. The pictures show chains hanging from play room ceiling but these were not present instead there was a leather body cage hanging. Play room needed a lamp as dark in there, we moved one from the bedroom. Sadly we would only revisit when it has been deep cleaned and items such as plug sockets, flooring in bathroom, and furniture were fixed.

Very central and it's a beautiful building.

Its a lovely flat with all the added extras of a adult playroom.

Host was easy going and key was easy to find and he was very helpful. Discreet location private entrance. East to find and very short walk to parking areas. Just what was needed for the visit

The host was helpful to begin with- until we made a complaint and has been completely unresponsive since then. I liked the location and the bare bones of the flat/layout was lovely but that is all I can say that is positive.

We found used condoms, poppers and old tissues in one of the bedrooms. A promoted adult swing set that was broken and caused my partner to fall and injure themselves. Worst of all was the sick and possible human faces in the shower which stopped it from draining. We smelt something awful so removed the drain which is when we found as seen below. There were cobwebs everywhere and the lack of shower door meant water spilled all over the bathroom floor. Best of all, the "safe space" the key was hidden in was not there, instead just left in the door for anyone to open. Didn't exactly give us a sense of security.
