People were really helpful

No water when we were there

The staff were lovely

They don’t tell you on there ad that the pool is empty, there is only cold showers and they emailed after it was booked and paid for to say we needed to use a bucket to bathe with… we got to our room and the bucket in our room had sludge in the bottom of it, the shower wasn’t any more than a trickle, they make it look better in the photo’s than what it is. Good enough for someone on a serious budget but still to expensive for what we got.

The location was great and the staff were lovely

Cockroaches in our bathroom every night and the water was constantly running out. Had no shower for 2 days

Very good location, easy walking to town center, surrounded by shops and restaurants, staffs very friendly and kind. Free hot and cold water plus coffee for breakfast

Water keep cutting off. The room is old and dated, bathrooms facilities mostly broken.

Great atmosphere and really nice staff

Place needs a lot of maintenance and the WiFi was not available in the room. Had to go to a common area.

Air con wasn’t strong. Water pressure wasn’t good / consistent.

The staff was nice, they came to pick me up in the center when I arrived, very gentle and welcoming

The bathroom was dirty, and honestly, I booked this place only because nothing else was available, wasn’t even that cheap. I with they will learn how to do tourism business, because that place is a mess,

The travellers staying there were lovely. They had karoke every day. It felt welcoming.

Staff were only moderately helpful. The rooms/ beds were average. The toilets were disgusting. The cleanliness was 0.
