Very clean . Hospitality was good and all the staff there was amazing

Kind stuff and members made my stay comfortable.

The staff are approachable. They can offer and suggest what the activity and where the place you can enjoy. Budget friendly. The WIFI connection is good.

I was disappointed. I booked standard double room but when we arrived at property they accommodated standard triple room. The food is cheap. if you are maarti di ka pwede dito. hehehe the water smell stain. and the room and toilet need to renovation and maintenance. little bit far from the beach but you can walk for 30min.

Quiet location, friendly staff, aircon worked well

Bathroom not clean, no place to hang up clothes and towels to dry. Should install a mosquito net because there are big gaps under the door for mosquitoes to get in

The staff is great and they are nice and friendly and the comun area of the hostal is also very nice and equiped, the rooms theyre ok for the price

They dont let you use the aircon if youre not more than 5 people in the room, and I was dying at night with the heat I mean the fans werent enough I couldnt sleep. Other than that nothing

Although it’s a 10min walk into El Nido town centre, it’s arguably a better spot with the walk being a highlight of the stay - you get to walk around the most beautiful cliff on the ocean front. They also have a free tuk tuk running into town a few times a day. 2 min walk to your own empty beach. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

A couple power blackouts but nothing major and staff were on top of it.

Los trabajadores un encanto, la jefa lo peor que hemos encontrado en filipinas. The workers were so nice and friendly, the boss nothing to do with that, the worst.

Para los españoles, 0 recomendado. La dueña no es para nada simpática, más bien todo lo contrario y las instalaciones caras para lo que son. No hay agua caliente, la cama doble diminuta y el pick up y drop off es según le convenga. Regarding the room, it's not a double; it's a large single bed, with zero ventilation and a tiny fan. The bathroom has no window or ventilation and there are mosquitoes. The water is only cold and the pressure lasts for the first 30 seconds, then it turns into a drip... But well, for the price, it's manageable. They offer you a tour, be careful!!! They will quote you a price, to which you must later add another 400 in fees!!!! They also say that everything is included (towels, snorkeling glasses, shoes, food, water...) well, when you get to the boat, you have to pay 100/150 for each item!!!, except for the food, for which they will only charge you another 20 pesos for sitting at a table 😂 and water is only available during mealtime, so bring your own bottle!! When you get to the lagoon, they make you pay 300 more to get a kayak if you want to go inside! When they already charged you 200 for the entrance! And of course, you have to pay it if you don't want to stay far away on the boat waiting for the others for 1 hour. But here comes the WORST part, the OWNER. We had previously agreed by message, before booking, that they would pick us up at the terminal and drop us off on the last day. So we have the messages. The lady got angry because we lost the umbrella, which she made us pay for and we paid (ok, our mistake) but because of the umbrella, she threatened her employees to, under no circumstances, take us to the terminal!!! That they should leave us at the taxi stop and let us fend for ourselves. The thing is, the night before, we had already arranged the van to take us to Port Barton, and we had everything booked with them, and the next morning no one remembered any of it, and they barely wanted to talk to us.
