Please note a mandatory conservation fee of USD 200 per person per night from July to December and USD 100 per person per day from January to June applies to all guests upon entry payable to Maasai Mara National Game Reserve. Children from 0 to 8 years do not pay park fees. Children from age 9 to 17 years are charged USD 50 per child per day. Park fees are payable on arrival. A deposit may be required at the property.

The staff was so accommodating and really personalized our experience. Everything ran smoothly, making it a truly enjoyable! And we LOVED our safari guide, John (I believe that is his name).

I didn't like having to buy water. It would've been great to supply it through an air purification system.

The property was well maintained and the included food was fantastic. I was a little confused that every drink including water was extra but that's the way it is. Loved the stay. Will recommend it to everyone. The guides were great

"Amazing, made our stay"

The people were amazing, they were so personable and every staff remember was lovely. Sakut did our game drives and was so knowledgeable and adapted it to our preferences. Masila in the restaurant was lovely and always remembered how we liked things (he even lent us his flask when we wanted hot chocolate in the room). Agnus and Duncan on reception were so kind. Nixon does the 7pm talks and John who looked after our room. The hotel is right by the airstrip but you don’t hear loads of planes. Facilities were great and it felt so personable. Would 100% go back. Food was also really nice

Sometimes on the very early mornings we could not get hot water and have cold showers.

Close to the airport an central for game drive and fenced property and safe for everyone inside. Friendly staff and well trained. Game drive is amazing 3 times a day and very flexible to your schedule. Samson our game drive expert was amazing and we saw our big five as well. Additional activities like bush dinner and sun downer was amazing 🤩 amazing food modern and kitchen staff are amazing and well trained.

Tents are amazing but some of the tents are getting upgraded and it will be nice to see bathrooms to be upgraded in all the rest of the tents.
