Location, ocean views can't beat it! Room was clean, staff friendly.

Wifi didn't work and didn't have any hot water

the hotel is directly opposite the rams surf spot which is a great location , the rooftop has a wonderful view aswell where you can watch the sunset

We brought ear plugs as the highway between the ocean and accomodation is quite loud

We had the worst experience at this place in decades of travel. The hotel has an arrangement with a local scooter renting facility who were a bunch of local goons trying to scam and intimidate us. What's horrific is the barrage of racial slurs that were directed at us, on top of violent threats. We had to take help from the local police to sort out the mess.

The hospitality was perfect, the hosts were exceptional! The hotel advocates the values ​​of sustainability and preservation of nature and gave me a feeling of home throughout my stay. The location is perfect and is right on Rams Point and close to all the other surfing areas. There is no doubt that next time in Sri Lanka I will return to the same place

We loved the bright, clean, affordable room! The owner and staff are wonderful people, with great community vision. Cows, dogs, and all creatures are welcome to visit the property, and are cared for when they do. There is a filtered water station that has incense burning, and many plants on each floor and in each room to set a peaceful mood! The rooftop deck has the best ocean view, and is great for various activities!
