"Exceptional"

I like the hotel very much. It's modern design and the bed are comfortable. Walking distance to Suria Sabah Mall and variety of food to choose from. Laundry is also nearby. Friendly staff as well. Wish to come back to Matata Hotel on following day but already fully booked.

I liked the location, plenty of restaurants and cafe that were within walking distance.

I was not expecting it to be as small as it was. It's a fairly good place to stay however the place is not secure as anyone can go up to the lift bcs no key is required and the parking space was not guaranteed safe as well.

"Overall okay but iron ruin my mood and day."

Bathroom very clean and smells good

Iron and iron board omg pls change. Iron is not hot enough for the shirt and the board is already ripped. Got burned stain on the iron too goshh
