"Bring your own TP"

The beds even fold out were comfortable. Rooms were spacious.

No toilet paper, which would have been fine if knew ahead. Thank goodness we got extra napkins at Domino's. Wall of mirror different. Other than no TP and dusty stay, it was comfortable.

"Horrible location, looks like your waiting for a mugging!!!!!"

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We never even got inside!! Did not receive email with entrance instructions until after we left and headed to another hotel. There was no parking at site!! The area was horrible, empty homes right next door. We were nervous about even getting out of car. Pictures of the place were not even close to what we saw. We wasted money ! Even if the inside was nice we would never have left our car filled with 5 days of previous travel treasures in such a poor part of town. We would have had to park a block away on the street in front of an abandoned 3 story house . The entire neighborhood was so sketchy. seriously it was not area I would ever stay in! I rely on booking.com to warn us if an area is not safe, and believe me that area was not!! I stepped outside my comfort zone to stay in a bed & breakfast and that will never happen again!

"Just okay."

Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Architecture was beautiful!

The bathroom smelled weird, maybe like mildew? This wasn't a true bed and breakfast. Their was no fresh, hot breakfast. Only prepackaged foods and a k-cup machine.

"Very scary dark area with no working lighting."

Absolutely nothing We were afraid and drove and hour and a half home

I submitted a request for a full refund through booking.com Customer Service email. Please review and respond ASAP We never stayed. We were beyond frightened of our surroundings and any signage or lighting was dark and not illuminated guaranteed !! Please get back to me about the refund !

"Excellent"

The room was amazing. Large Historical Spacious well stocked with towels

The location. Alot of abandoned buildings homeless on streets. With us arriving late in the evening and not sure of location and where to park due to streets blocked off due to some type of fair going on did not feel real safe. There was no staff on site for any direction.

"Great value, confusing check in, no staff"

Rooms were massive, excellent value, quiet place

Room was advertised with 3 beds but there were only 2, checking in was confusing and nobody was there to help as there is zero staff here, location isnt the greatest but it can be overlooked
