Very clean internet speed excellent very polite and welcoming staff 15 minutes walk from restaurants

no parking place but managed to park on the street easily

Very modern and great value for money

This was our third stay in three months and as ever was wonderful. For the price and location the rooms are wonderful. Always exceptionally clean and of a high standard. We chose to have an upgraded room the last two stays, for a little extra room. We stayed on the top floor which is light and bright. We had different hosts on this stay and what a joy they were, as were the previous hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and the continental breakfast and eggs were delicious. We look forward to returning in the new year.

If you have mobility, or other health conditions, it can be a steep walk up: However, aways offered help with bags by the hosts. This isn't something we 'didn't like' as it was our choice, but may be useful information for others.

Excellent breakfast with dietary needs accommodated. Easy to find location.
