Sam, who checked me in, was so warm and helpful. The room was spacious and warm and decor was simple and calming. When my trip was extended unexpectedly, Sam was able to help me to book a room at last minute which I am so grateful for.
I was missing coathangers (not an issue but fyi) and the shower drained away super slowly in the first room I stayed in. Otherwise I loved the place!

Very friendly staff, comfy bed, lovely breakfast and in a good location with bars and restaurants on the doorstep or easy access to Chester city centre either walking or by bus.
Nothing. It might be good to have a bay window room next time.
