GBGBThe place was clean and location was within walking distance of the city centre.
I booked a Superior studio, no 2, on the ground floor but Booking.com or the letting agent miss leads you with its info and photos. No on site parking. Very limited parking on permit parking streets. No access to a kitchen. You get a very small sink that the kettle doesn't fit under for starters. Photo showed a wardrobe with draws in my room, it does not exist. Photo shows a nice clean front to the property but its full of rubbish, bins were over flowing and generally the area is not looked after. The room is far to small for two people it was barely big enough for just one. The bed is uncomfortable and lacks a decent duvet. I did have many other issues like: A leaking sink, the overhead shower had come away from the fitting and its seals on the doors were falling off, one of the window blinds was broken, the tv remote control back was broken, one of the bowls was cracked. This place is a low budget set up which is not maintained to the standard you would expect when its advertised as Superior. I paid £417 for 3 nights but it was a Rugby weekend so all prices go up. I only took videos of all the faults so can't add them here, these videos were sent to the letting agent.
GBGBGood location from city centre. Cozy and convenient. Close to grocery stores and supermarket. Easy way in and out. Quiet. Staff communicative and helpful every time we reached out to them.
Toilet sink was very small and it was draining very slow, making washing hands a bit of a small challenge. There was an issue with out security deposit, but that was a technical glitch which was resolved relatively quickly with the help of the staff.
GBGBThat the apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The host was on hand and answered straight away when I got lost.
The fact that there was only heating in the bedroom and that the bathroom and kitchen floors were cold and when we had the door closed, we had a nice warm bedroom but when the door was open, it made the place quite cold.
GBGBLocation was perfect. Room size was great and had everything required for 2 nights stay.
No drawer space for clothes, hanging rail available but not everything can be hung.
