Location was amazing. Scenery fab. Staff so nice especially the young girl who needs a pay rise. Good trip on the boat into town.

It’s little tired now but no reason not to go. Location makes up for it for sure.

Personeel leek vaak niet heel erg geïnteresseerd. Hadden ook vaak geen schone kleren aan. Zwembad ligt op hele mooie plek, echter is de houten ombouw niet mooi en liggen er overal losse planken. Ziet heel lelijk en slordig uit. Vijver naast Zwembad is leeg.

Obschon wir vom Driver im Dorf abgeholt worden sind, war bei unserer Ankunft in der Anlage niemand zu sehen. Wir warteten und warteten...Nach einiger Zeit tauchte jemand auf, komplett unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Wir hatten das Hotel für einen lazyday ausgewählt, um etwas Ruhe zu haben und uns zu erholen. Der Mitarbeiter führte uns lautlos zu unserem Zimmer. Es war dass einzige Doppelhaus in dem bereits Gäste untergebracht waren und die ebenfalls auf dem Balkon sassen und einen Hotel Tag machten.Wir baten um ein Zimmer mit Gästen die später eintreffen würden, da wir extra einen early Check-In angemeldet hatten.Der Mitarbeiter behauptete, sie seien ausgebucht. Obschon auf Booking noch 2 Zimmer standen. Er war jetzt offensichtlich verärgert, ging dann aber auf den nachdrücklichen Wunsch ein. Die Stimmung blieb während des Aufenthalts sehr unfreundlich.Auf die Frage ob wir einen Kaffee haben könnten, wurde uns gesagt, es gehe 25 Minuten bis die Maschine heiss sei....sogar die kleinen Wasserfläschen im Zimmer werden mit 1$ verrechnet.. Die Entspannung am Pool wurde deutlich getrübt durch den wirklich maroden Zustand. Keine Rede von ein paar losen Plättchen. Der ganze Bereich ist vollkommen ungepflegt und verwahrlost. Zwei Kinder die frisch angekommen waren, haben innert 5 Minuten geweint und Verletzungen an den Füssen gehabt. Da geht es nicht um laotischen Standard sondern um Sicherheit und auch um unstimmigen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten mit der Réception ein Take-Away Frühstück vereinbart, da wir um 7 los mussten Es war nichts vorbereitet und wir haben 10 Minuten gewartet, bis eine Kleinigkeit abgepackt war .Viele Kleinigkeiten welche unseren Aufenthalt letztlich nicht so entspannt gemacht haben wir gewünscht. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen

Nos gustó estar apartadas y que te llevarán al centro del pueblo en barca cuando lo pedias. Buen desayuno. Las cabañas son muy cómodas y bonitas. Vistas espectaculares.

La piscina esta en obras y tiene el suelo en muy mal estado. Pedimos tiquets para la primera van con dos dias de antelación, se lo reclamamos varias veces y el mismo día a 15min de irnos nos dicen que está llena y que debemos esperar a la siguiente 2 horas más tarde... deberían haberlo reservado cuando lo pedimos. Aún y así es muy buen hotel, aunque con estas cositas y su precio debería estar mejor

The hotel is in an amazing location. Amazing views surround the resort. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything is green and full of nature and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. The hotel is far from the center but it is great for those looking for peace and lots of nature. The hotel offers shuttles to the center.

The pool was broken. All the parquet around the pool is broken and inside the pool there are actually broken parts. It's a real shame because the view in front is amazing and the lack of care in the pool is very noticeable.

Beautiful design and alright breakfast.

It may be due to off season but quite frankly it was extremely disappointing. The shower in the room smelled terrible, towels were stained etc. The swimming pool looked unclean and unkempt. As far as location goes - the hotel offers free shuttles, but they fail to mention they are available only up to 9 PM. The whole thing was enclear too - the staff never said anything about a pick up point and I found myself running in the middle of the night through the night to make the shuttle. Overall an extremely disappointing experience for what I hoped would be a re,axing stay.

We loved the location as it is quiet and out of town. Stunning views from our balcony. Staff are excellent and tried to communicate in English with us. Breakfast is good and they have real coffee. We ate at the restaurant and my vegetarian curry was lovely for dinner. Prices are above average so expect to pay more for your meals and alcohol. Considering it is remote it was comfortable.

The property needs maintenance. The pool needs work, the boards around it are lifting and need urgent repair. Our bathroom water didn’t drain so the bathroom basically flooded with every shower. There are a lot of steps so be aware. If you’re fit, it’s not an issue but I’m a bit older and needed breaks.
