Dirty, stained couch, filthy microwave, no plugs for sink or basin, no hand soap or hand towel, teatowel, towels threadbare, all this made for an unpleasant stay. The "ensuite" was disgusting all rusted I thinks it been built in to the wardrobe....overall I am a budget traveller and this was well below my standard. I won't even comment on the building the apartment is in.

Extremely difficult to find.

Instructions as to how to find the apartment. The entrance was dingy and strewn with litter. The person who met us did her job to show us to the door.

The apartment was quite small the shower fixture came off the wall while I was showering, the shower it itself in the ensuite is very awkward to get in and out of, hardly any space I nearly fell on the floor trying to get out, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms, not enough towels, the hallway outside the apartment by the elevator smelled of urine very run down apartment block but the location was good walking distance of everything, car park outside.

The apartment was booked for my colleagues and me for 2 nights. I arrived on day one alone and my colleagues where to join me for day two. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that compelled me to leave shortly after my arrival. Firstly, the building itself is in a deplorable state, the lack of working lifts and the overall environment added to my discomfort about staying alone onthe 1st night Upon entering the building there was a very strong odour and as I arrived at the apartment the host had the dryer on and windows open I assume to mask the odour. The misleading advertisement claiming three bedrooms is another issue, I found only two and the third is the couch in the sitting/dinning area. Additionally, the state of the bedding and the en-suite bathroom (in a wardrobe) left much to be desired, as they were unkempt and poor condition. The second bedroom also had broken blinds and the rug was simply scrunched in the corner. Given these circumstances I felt it was in my best interest to seek alternative accommodation. The apartment did not meet any reasonable standard of cleanliness and as for the building I personally felt very uncomfortable staying there alone. The rating of 6.7 on bookings.com raises serious questions given my experience. I messaged the host to advise I had left the building and would expect a full refund, not surprised I have not received a reply

Great location - close to train station. Right near the river. Quite walkable area.

For the money, apartment was a bit more run down than expected. Carpets in the hallways were worn. Very small bathrooms. Light did not work in one bathroom. No soap to wash hands in the other. It was OK. We were only one night. But would say it was not great value.

Got the keys immediately on arrival - no waiting around. Pleasantly surprised to be given tea, coffee, salt, butter etc. Apartment was nice and clean.

I was told that parking for one car was included but when i went to leave after one day, i was being asked for €22 (2 day charge). Shower in en suite not working properly.

The apartment was very spacious and offered cooking and laundry facilities. The dining area was bright and inviting, thanks to a lovely window that let in plenty of natural light. We appreciated the abundance of towels and bed linens and the thoughtful inclusion of cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Later, we needed a parking space, and the host promptly provided us with a parking ticket at no additional cost.

There are a few aspects that could be improved for an even better experience. The washing machine lid was broken, making it difficult to open, and the fridge had a slight leak that should be checked. For coffee lovers, a coffee maker would be a great addition to kickstart the mornings, and replacing the cookware is urgently needed. It's also important to note that the showers are quite small, and the one in the bedroom didn’t have hot water. Providing a simple document with instructions on how to use the stove and dispose of trash would also be very helpful for future guests.
