If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Guests must check in by 19:30 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Please note that guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. The free shuttle runs between the hotel and Odori Go-Chome Showa Building in Sapporo. The shuttle is called the "Yuke-Muri-Go" shuttle bus. To use the free shuttle, please reserve at time of booking. It departs from the front of Odori Go-Chome Showa Building at 14:30 daily, and departs from the hotel at 10:00 daily. A deposit may be required at the property.

Traditional ryokan with good food that changes everyday. Open bar from 8-11 that feels intimate and calm. Private bath in every room with water from local hot spring. Large room with everything pretty updated in my opinion, nice hair products, Dyson hairdryer. Didn’t try going into public hot spring due to having a tattoo but heard it was very nice from my partner.

Walls are a bit thin.

Das ESSEN allgemein - ein TRAUM!!!!!! Schöne traditionelle japanische Zimmer mit Tatami Matten :))))

Der Pick-Up für Check-Inn war verspätet.....ist für diese Preisklasse, finde ich, nicht in Ordnung
