Enchanting 2BDR Townhouse in Valletta Centre!

The location of the Townhouse is great and within walking distance to everything that Valletta has to offer. Full of character

Some of the things that we feel need to be addressed in order to improve customer satisfaction are as follows: The bathroom does not have an extractor fan, so when showering, it gets extremely steamy, and as a result, the paint on the walls is pealing off. The small bin in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it's rusty and the pedal is broken. The lack of natural light in the back bedroom is a bit of a put off. The cooker rings need to be checked as one or two of the rings don't work, and cooking time is extremely long. In honesty, the cooker needs an upgrade... The oven does not work No electric kettle provided WiFi service is patchy We were not advised that the dehumidifier in the living room needed the water tank emptied regularly in order to work. We sort of worked that out by ourselves. No spare bin liners provided We were not given instructions on how to dispose of rubbish. No spare blankets were provided There should be a rug at the entrance, near the door, as on wet days the floors quickly became dirty as there wasn't anything where to wipe off our shoes. We didn't have water for a whole day, although this was outside the owners control. The owners were, however, aware that works were taking place in the area but did not warn us. The bathroom had a bit of a smell, and the floor could of done with some additional cleaning with bleach or disinfectant. There were small flies everywhere, so we got bitten. The bin area under the sink needs cleaning and disinfection. The floor area rugs in the back bedroom need washing. Information about facilities in the areas could be provided, but there was no information at all at the house.

Great apartment, nice location, comfortable and close to free parking areas.

The day of our arrival, after heavy rain during our stay some of the rain water entered through the balcony door.

Fantastic location close to city centre and ferry. Well equipped, clean and comfortable.

After an initial problem of access to the property due to an correct code, which was solved thanks to helpful neighbours, there was not a lot to dislike, some lamps needed a globe but that’s about all.
