Enchanting 2BDR Townhouse in Valletta Centre!

Centrally located, big space, easy to reach and walkaround in Valletta centre...The owner was cooperative and helpful. Value for money especially for a family, it has 2 big rooms and a big kitchen with a living room.

Although it was renovated, the appartment was lacking of soundproof windows (too noisy outside from neighboors and bikes) and there was some humidity, it wasn't easy to get some air inside the appartment, no glass windows .

Valletta downtown …

We left the properties after one day because of the mold and humidity. Of course the apartment is an old one but the mold was too much and the equipment that could be used for humidity didn’t have any advices for using it. We used the air condition system for humidity purposes and this machine watered our clothes and flooded the apartment. Taking pills for the alergic problems caused by the mold was enough for us to leave the apartment. We tried to call the owner but he didn’t answer.

This location is amazing as it's 2 minutes from everything in the town centre. The apartmemt has all the facilities one needs for a pleasant stay - I didn't use them though as I ate out all the time.

It can get noisy in the morning but that's pretty normal, considering this is the city centre and people live there and goods need to be delivered.

Superb location, close to everything. We got real feel of Malta.
