Received an email on the day of arrival outlining check-in. No reception available. We were traveling all day so missed that one. Their check in ap couldn't read my licence so was a massive hassle checking in . Ring Australia, try and sort check in and go through the drama of emailing a picture of me holding my licence in the dark and rain. Remote reception person insistent on a photo of me actually holding my licence that had to be emailed . Was super annoying after a long day of driving. The lift didn't work most of the time we were there.

Great central location, clean and easy to access.

The check-in process was horrible and invasive. I objected to having to share a selfie of myself and upload a copy of my drivers license to check-in, I have asked for this to be removed from the system in case of data leaks in future and have not had a satisfactory response to my request. I also would have been happy to pay a security hold for the property had I been informed and consented in advance, but instead they don’t tell you, they just take a $200 hold from your account more than a week prior to check in and you have to query the reason for the additional charge. I think you can stay in equally nice places without such invasive demands and I would not book with this company ever again.

The location and the beautiful building

The sink wouldn’t drain properly in the bathroom and the two bed side lamps didn’t work.

The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures. Very well equipped, clean and well located. There is a metro right across the street where you can do some shopping.

Unfortunately, despite all the positives, I could not enjoy my stay there because the apartment (G08) I was given is directly above the underground car park. Every time a car drove in and out it made a horrible loud squeaking noise that you could hear even with earplugs. I was woken up every night and early in the morning by the noise. And if it wasn't the creaking door, it was the stairwell door next to me which is a fire door so it's big, heavy and loud. The lady who worked there was kind and offered to pay for the earplugs if I didn't already have them.

Not very clear on where to park to pick up the key, the loading zone in the front of the building isn't very clearly marked.
