Great Location and a beautiful building. Super clean, modern and practical studio apartment. Would definitely stay again!

Had some issues with the washing machine not unlocking. Wasn't an issue first time I stayed a month ago

"We had an enjoyable stay."

Well located in Ponsonby.Great block out curtains and well appointed.

The elevator operation noise was audible in our apartment at night and disturbed sleep. Pillows were far too plush for our liking.

A really beautiful apartment and close to everything on Ponsonby road. would definitely stay again.

some noise from the garage door underneath but it wasn't a detractor for me personally. no luggage storage which is difficult for early arrivals who hope to drop bags off but understandable considering it's in a normal apartment building with no concierge or reception

Some of the dishes were dirty (the milk brother was dirty and smelled very bad) There was also a cockroach that ate some of our fruit - we trapped it and got rid of it.

Perfect location, right next to Ponsonby road, is surrounded by nice restaurants, coffee shops and boutique shops. The room is well organized with high quality furnitures and equipments. Nice view.

Need a trash bin in bathroom

"Amazing views from balcony and beautiful part of Auckland to stay in."

The view from the 7th floor was amazing. We stayed here for 13 days so having a balcony and a view was great. The washing machine worked well and was nice and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The area of ponsonby was amazing and being right next to a Woolworths was handy. There were ample bus routes within minutes of walk. We loved the furniture and the a/c and ceiling fan were a must. Overall a great stay.

No rinse aid in the dishwasher and it worked intermittently. The tumble dryer part of the washing machine didn’t work well so we used the washing line. There was a constant smell of sewerage in the bathroom which was off putting.

Communication with the host was only by text and sometimes you got the impression that it was generic
