The garden was completely dirty and had rubbish everywhere. The house old and need redecorating

Nothing. The property was unfit for purpose. The front door was broken, the garden was full of rubbish and takeaway boxes and worse.

Everything. The property was unfit for purpose. Do not be fooled by the nice images being displayed as the property does not look like that. The property and fridge smelt. The carpets were worn and not fitted properly. The front door was broken and the letterbox hanging off. The garden looked as if the property had not been maintained their was rubbish everwhere. The host, also on our compliant being raised was not interested and would not refund our money and my colleagues would not stay there due to the conditions. We had to find alternative accommodation. Very, very poor customer service. The host should be ashamed with their property.

Very old house, the floor was dirty and old. No basic things like hand wash, spoons or clean cups. All the cups where dirty. Uncomfortable and dirty bed . The duvets looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Broken windows, no heating, unsafe doors, doors closes on its own without the doorstop. Luckily we were only there for few hours to sleep.

The location, the property was old & very basic with rubbish piled up at the rear of the property & out in the street
