Fitzroy Terrace by Property Promise

The beds were comfortable.

The hot water wasn’t working so we had cold showers. Could also do with a deep clean.

Property was clean and tidy will all the facilities needed. We only stayed for 1 night as went to see a show in Cardiff Principality Stadium, which was not far away. Price good for size as there were 5 families members. Beds very comfy and very clean. Plenty of towels provided.

No hot water for washing hands/face and dishes as boiler was turned off. Property good but could do with a bit tlc

Nice and clean bed rooms beds were comfy bathroom also neat and clean with plenty of towels kitchen was also nice and clean with all the facilities the location was great a short drive to all amenities

Sofa had some massive stains due to that reason we didn’t use it, the rug was constantly shedding hair which looked like pet hair that spread around the house also literally covered all of my toddlers clothes everytime she played on the floor struggled to clean it up because there were no brooms and the hoover pipe and foot didn’t fit so had to use hoover without pipe or foot, everytime I cleaned up a five min job took half an hour!! Could not contact property owner or agent to make changed to our booking as a foreign number was provided which was constantly turned off

The house was dirty, floors, walls and furniture) with cobwebs everywhere. The walls were damaged all over ,and the ceiling badly cracked. It was very poorly equipped, No table and chairs, 3 cups and 3 glasses for a house that sleeps 9! and sofa was really badly stained. The TV had damage on the screen but it did work and the downstairs bedroom smelt awful. The neighbourhood was noisy and extremely littered.

Damage to beds marks on walls holes in walls, tv had lines in it clearly been broken, beds where clean bedding but uncomfortable and not clean
