AZCleaning seevice was not included into the price. The rates were as 5* but housekeeping service not included. I asked they made a favour to clean 1 time during 6 days. But i think daily cleaning shouls be inclouded

SGThe location, good deal for a week stay and great view from the balcony. The host was super responsive and attended to my queries/problems encountered with patience & grace. It's easy to navigate around with positive attitude. It was a decent stay and comfortable for my family. Those who wish to stay around Sunway,do read up reviews before booking. I've encountered too many passing patrons who were confused between Resort Hotel & Resort Suites. And expecting a welcome counter to be entertained. I have no issues & very contented with my stay. Thank you Suki ☺️ Will come back again.
