Clean a small apartment with everything in one room that you need . Location was brilliant

The intercom couldn't even tell us if our room even existed. No number on the door 🚪 i will show below in pic's not just us Sunday night their was a Spanish fella sat on the stairs he couldn't find his room too. Because we experienced the inconvenience earlier we found the room for him. . Our room number was 0224 floor 2 room across was 31 so it should be 2nd/24 and put a number on the door 😔

Struggled to find the place. Buzzed intercom and was continuously hung up on so took over 30 minutes to enter the building.

Hottest day of the year and no air con or fan. The room was right next door to a nightclub that played loud music until 4am. Bin men working at 6am. You hear absolutely everything.

Being close to the night life

The location was excellent near to everything

The check in details where very confusing in the room description said toiletries this was peoples left overs which was very of putting took lots of emails and texts to get the £150 deposit back which I feel if I hadn’t chased I may not have got back

Tiny sink bathroom no place for shower gel in shower very noisy at night had to buy mug to have hot drink because only one cup.towels too small and old.no one around to ask how to enter apartment had to phone to enter.

It had everything you need, it was immaculately clean, Staff always replied rapidly, close to everything! Loved it!!!!

Just needs a fan for at night.

Clean spacious room, Plenty of extras tea,coffee,iron, etc Good location, Quite at night a good night's sleep was had Good value

Just small things, no instructions on how to turn on air-conditioning (room was very warm) didn't mind filling bins and stripping beds but having to take rubbish from the room and place in outside bins was a bit annoying but generally happy all round.

Complex check in. Request an early check in weeks back. Unable to accommodate

It was a good location for places that we wanted to visit. We were walking everywhere so it was good that they were in walking distance. The room was clean and they had facilities that we found useful e.g., microwave, oven and kettle.

The view from the apartment was not ideal- we were located on the ground floor. The windows didn't open wide enough and it was quite loud on the street due to the various nightclubs. It said that there would be a bath and there wasn't and the shower had a draining issue too. We suspected that it was a student accommodation that was being rented out which we didn't really appreciate as it didn't say that on the booking. We were told to leave an hour earlier for checkout than it said on the agreement document. We had issues getting into the apartment as well.
