Everything u needed was clean better than a hotel room

location was excellent

initial difficulty in accessing the apartment building. Not enough facilities in apartment e.g. no mirror for lady to do hair/ makeup etc.

Location, cleanliness and affordability!

Late check-in at 4pm!

The location

We had to pay £150 deposit the day we checked in. There was nobody present to help, had to phone several times. Was moved rooms twice, the lock on the room door didn't work. Zero water pressure in the bathroom. No plug in kitchen sink. 1 bulb for 4 lamps. Bathroom Door handle not secure. 1 plug socket not working. Zero signal in the rooms but no instructions how to connect to WiFi. Used plaster and contact lenses stuck to the floor. No batteries in ANY of the clocks. No instructions how to work the oven/microwave.

Location was good and central but very noisy on the weekend.

Shower drain could’ve worked better. The water was stagnant every time we used the shower. Air conditioning wasn’t up to scratch. And the pillows & mattress weren’t comfortable.

Had everything we needed and we'll set out.

The wall in the bathroom was really dirty and mold in the shower.the wall panel under the sink was just proper up there and fell on my partners shin causing a scrape and bruise(only small).

Great location. Easy check in.

No window in room so got very warm.

We loved the property and location was perfect. Unfortunately they took deposit twice which resulted in my bank balance short of 300 pound sterling. Of course I will get this back but why they took it twice baffles me!
