Excellent location, apartment had everything , tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, it’s on a busy street but no noise once your inside the apartment. Bed was very comfortable

The deposit of 150 is steep, don’t know when I will get it back

Bad couldn't get in the main door for starters.no one at premises to help . Place full of dossers smoking at main doors down in basement room ..light hanging from ceiling too ground outside our door reported on arrival still hanging very dangerous Some items on itinerary not in room...towel rail fell off when put a towel on...tiny bed for 2... Wont be back

Good clean - excellent location. Could have bemefitted with having a kettle and there was only 1 cup

On arrival we couldn’t access our room as the key card in the lockbox was cracked, when we contacted staff we were told to get the emergency key card from outside the property- this didn’t work and therefore we had to wait approx 30 mins to see if there was another room available for us to stay. It was dirty- on arrival the bed clothes had hairs which wasn’t from us, to sleep in the property we had no other option but to buy bedding. It was extremely unkempt, cracks in the bathroom sink. When I washed my hands and approached the hand rail it came off the wall. There was issues with drainage, noses from flushing the toilet/ running water was occurring, the room next to us was flooded- I was told by maintenance to take a ‘very quick shower’, when I did so the water was coming out of the shower tray, therefore I had to turn the water off between hair washing. When we left the property we left our belongs on the worktop for fear of coming back to a flooded room. A light had fallen from the corridor celling outside of our room, which was a massive hazard, this could have caused extreme injury and been fatal- I contacted the company and they quite frankly didn’t care.You could hear nose from the neighbouring nightclub. The £150 deposit is extremely unfair considering the issues with the property- easy for the company to hold.
