"Nice place to stay when going to Arthur's Pass"

Great location near the Arthur's Pass sites. A nice break from having to make it all the way to Christchurch. Wonderful kitchen and the property is gorgeous. The alpacas were nice visitors. Easy in and out.
The beds were not the most comfortable, but overall little to complain about.

We loved the peace and quiet . The alpacas were great as was the ginger cat who I’d have loved to have on my lap . It was very homey stay and we were very comfortable.
Towels and sheets were a bit crap compared to previous places but it did not detract.

Beautiful studio! We felt instantly at home and was very kid friendly. The garden is gorgeous and so are the alpacas.

It’s a cozy accommodation.
It is winter and there was no hot water for shower, which ran out after 1 persons bathed. These will be very inconvenient if there are small children. The utensils were dirty and no detergent for us to wash the dishes. The frying pans are all scratched and could not be used. The kitchen is quite dirty. It was not clear from the website that it’s quite obscure and out of the way. Especially when we were driving there at night.

If you are looking for a peaceful night, this place is perfect. Very well equipped and comfortable. The neighbouring alpacas were a lovely bonus, especially for our son, as were the toys and the selection of nice books.
The pictures do not reflect reality and should be updated, although the place itself is nice. The bathroom window was still broken during our stay.
