"Clean, simple, comfortable!"

We loved the ease of check-in/out. The proximity to Kennebunk. The cleanliness, large room size, and easy parking right out front the door. We were there in December (it snowed!) but the heater kept us nice and warm. We’ll definitely be back.

Bigger closet and more blankets would be nice.

"Never again"

Check in and out was easy.

The beds were hard and we were not able to sleep. The room was in disrepair, especially the bathroom with rotted trim and heating cover. We could not wait to leave.

Peaceful. Very nice cottage, clean, everything we needed, staff available, friendly and helpful. Great location. On route 1 but cottage set back enough and we enjoyed the screened in porch very much. Dog friendly! Will be back.

"Good Clean Stay for Budget-Minded Travelers"

This was a last minute trip so I just booked where I could find available in the area. Amelia was a pleasant and helpful host. The room was clean and looked recently remodeled. We did miss having an ice machine and the air conditioner was rather woeful (and at times loud) for the size room but for travelers on a budget, we would definitely recommend this place. While it was on the main road, it was for the most part quiet and we slept well here.
