The Beaches Guestrooms and Cottages

This place was cold, dirty, and unacceptable. We refused to stay here. There was no management to speak to about a refund and we ended up paying for a room we didn’t stay in. We tried contacting them and they offered another room but we feel as though we should be refunded our money.

This place looks ok on the pictures. However when you arrive it's another story. The place is very run down and dirty. We were there 4 nights and had to ask for clean towels when the cleaner put the clean towels in our room she left the dirty ones on the floor. This wasn't a cheap place to stay. Please don't book and stay here. It should be demolished.

In relation to what is said below, we appreciate the owner took responsibility, said sorry and offered to reimburse us.

We weren’t able to go to the cottage because we arrived late, we had asked for a late check-in, but no one was there when we got there and we had nowhere to sleep at 11:30 pm.

Place was a dump , we found a different place to stay

Rooms were dirty, pillows were flat, and there was unknown splatter on the wall.

We were seniors and had to climb stairs that were very steep and couldn’t do it

Location and the windows that open. It's important to have fresh air.

Very narrow room
