die zentrale Lage und der ruhige Garten zum verweilen sind top die Betten waren fantastisch die alte wurde Substanz modern integriert das Personal war sehr feundlich, es war sehr unkompliziert

die Pfelgeprodukte waren nicht i.O. eventuell verdünnt

The location was great. The rooms were huge and well equipped. The garden was lovely to relax in at the end of a busy day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only issue with the one room was the AC did not cool the upstairs loft bedroom. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side.

Sehr geschmackvoll renovierte und überdurchschnittlich grosse und hohe Räume in einem ehemaligen Adelspalast. Die Rezeption war 24h besetzt, der Concierge Service war kompetent und hat uns bei der Buchung von Restaurants und Aktivitäten hilfreich unterstützt. Die sehr zentrale Lage erlaubt es, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Porto's Zentrum zu Fuss zu erkunden, trotzdem war es nachts relativ ruhig. Das Frühstück ist schmackhaft und gesund mit frischen Früchten, Säften und Omeletts, die direkt in der Pfanne serviert werden.

Nicht viel. Das Zustellbett war für einen Jugendlichen oder Erwachsenen zu hart, aber für Kinder unter 12 in Ordnung. Liegt aber in der Natur der Sache und ist nicht ein spezifisches Problem des Hotels.

Gorgeous accommodation. We were 4 adults staying and had so much space. We stayed in apartment 19 which i believe is the biggest and it was beautiful, clean and had everything you'd need Staff were lovely Super location

I think the price for the optional breakfast was way too steep and did miss having easy access to outside space like a balcony in such good weather but there is a garden
