Location and friendly staff and excellent presentation of apartment

It was sold as a one bed apartment with sofa bed but as two ladies travelling we wished for our own beds and so had to pay another €40 for a sheet, pillow and duvet

Un lugar excelente, fui con mis perros. Todo excelente, las instalaciones, limpieza. La habitación principal tenía una tina deliciosa, camas cómodas. Volvería sin problema. Sólo mi sugerencia es que podrían dejar cosas básicas para cocina como sal, pimienta y aceite. Facilitaría mucho. También recomiendo dejar el costo por cada mascota en la página, así como el estacionamiento. Comentan que puede haber costo pero no cuanto. Yo voy en mente de que se cobra pero si alguien más no va con los gastos controlados puede ser un problema. Pero en definitiva de las 3 veces que he ido a Porto este es el mejor lugar en el que me he quedado,

The apartment was beautiful and extremely well-located. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and quickly looked at and addressed some small issues with the room.

The two bedrooms were very different in terms of size and amenities - one was much larger with a larger bathroom as well. It would have been nice for some more basics to be provided with the apartment - e.g., paper towels, measuring cups.

Loved the furniture, very luxurious feeling, a great location to explore Porto by foot, next door to the Porto Catherdral which is amazing.. and amazing dining table for everyone

The only thing that bothered me a little was the stairs you need to climb each time to get to the entrance of the hotel.. but I knew about it before so it's okay

Spacious, well appointed, in an excellent location.

This is a superb property, with friendly staff who don’t intrude.

Everything — the staff, the location, the building, and the room — was even better than I expected. Thanks to that, my stay in Porto became a very special memory.

The only small issue was that the amount of hot water in the shower was a bit limited. Since the water pressure was very good, increasing the size of the water heater would make the stay absolutely perfect.

Friendly helpful staff, quiet at night, very clean, nice breakfast buffet. Showers had ample space, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. In room laundry and bidet a plus. Quaint historic building.

Had to ask the reception person to refill bottled water. Reception seemed overwhelmed at times with too many people needing attention at once. Lacking bedroom furniture to store clothing, shoes etc. or support your luggage. No counter space for toiletries in the bathroom. Hard to figure out why because all rooms had a lot of extra unused space. Outdoor space not inviting. For the price, the amenities seemed sparse and a little stingy.

Perfekte Lage, wunderbare Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang, bequeme Betten, sehr freundliche Rezeption.

Very basic room and no sofa bed, as advertised . Was given a hospital style bed which they asked for extra money.
