The only thing that was ok was how friendly and nice the conceirge people were.

There's absolutely nothing we like. Upon arrival, the guard didn't let my daughter in because she was carrying our pet cat. They needed endorsement from the owner of the unit that she's allowing pets and she didn't seem to have endorsed this to anyone. my MJ, the assistant, was there to welcome us. After checking in, I got an access card to allow us to use the elevators. But I'm not allowed to lend it to any of my family members with me or else I'll be charged a penalty of P3k. It's such a Hassle! All the guards there are very unfriendly. They don't smile or greet you and treat the guests like criminals. The room itself is not at all at par with Gramercy standards. Roaches everywhere, toilet is leaking, shower area rusted and so dirty, The pool only allows a max of 2 to swim at a time. So ridiculous! There's supposed to be free and paid parking in and out of the building, but they're all full. When I asked MJ to help us w the parking, it took her hours and only to tell me it'll be 2k for our 2 day stay ? I argued w her bout this and immediately she was able to find me a free slot. We initially booked for a 2 day stay but after having to kill 30 roaches for just one night, we decided to transfer to a hotel instead. There seems to be a lack of communication between the owner and the concierge all the time. The assistant MJ is nice and would respond right away but the owners...? Nothing. Never replied to Text, call, or messages. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone at all

not the picture we saw on booking.com strong smell of insectercide

Location is fine.

The host is fraud and unresponsive. Photos do not match the property. Roach infested. Host company NEVER responds. I filed for refund with Booking.com but they say they cannot issued refund because host company doesn't respond. What???

Landlord was very difficult to deal with

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. Photos of another unit show damaged flooring, lots of cockroaches, no hot water, noisy air conditioning, and I tried both Booking.com and the number they provided for assistance to communicate, but no response.

On a été rétrogradé dans un studio avec vu sur les immeubles et prévenu uniquement le matin alors que nous avions choisi depuis plus de 6 mois un appartement avec la vue pour le réveillon , aucune solution n’a été trouvé
