Firstly i want to emphasize this review is not about any apartment at Dale Street. It is in regards to an alternative property we were sent to after receiving a message from Sean the manager of Dale Street informing us we could not stay there due to no water being available at the apartment we had booked for an Easter break, where we had arranged to meet up with family members. ( please see full description below) I feel we have been very fair in allowing 20 days for Dale Street apartments to respond to a complaint i lodged with Booking.com on 11/4/26. So far and yet again there has been no response. It feels as though this company or manager want to take your money for accommodation but don't give any regards to what they offer, or consideration for when its does not meet expectations and is unacceptable. We have evidence to back what we are saying as our watsap messages clearly show that the message we sent to Sean, was read. This review could of been much different had someone taken the time to offer good customer service and at the very least reply to a complaint. Complaint lodged with Booking.com on We received a message from Sean at Beehostings Ltd at 12.28 on 4/4/26 stating there was no water in the apartment at Dale St and a plumber had advised the part would not arrive for 4 days. At this point, we were already on route to Liverpool. We were advised there was a 1 bedroomed apartment at 23b Harrington Street, L29QA along with check in details. We were not offered a choice to cancel or rearrange another date, so as we were on route we decided to check out the alternative apartment. We had initially booked Dale Street as they have a lift this being mainly due to myself being registered disabled. On arrival at Harrington Street we discovered there was no lift, this resulted in us struggling to access the accommodation.
