The property is in a great area and superficially looks nice.

A lot of things were broken é.g. Cupboard doors, blinds. There was no cutlery and no toilet rolls. The bed and sofa were very uncomfortable and the booking process is awful.

The sofa bed was broke and I text the guy on WhatsApp and he was awful. Did not care one bit. Very rude over messages.

Very spacious we had two bedroom with 2 bathrooms fully fitted kitchen area

The location was ideal. Just a short walk to Liver Building then walk along the Mersey yo the docks and your buses. The accommodation was a good size for the 2 of us with one bedroom and a comfy sofa bed. The bathroom, although small had an excellent shower, powerful and plenty of hot water. The stairways and landings were nicely decorated.

The appartment had great potential however was lacking in the kitchen area. For an appartment that states it caters for 4 people, there were only 2 bowls and 2 mugs, one pint glass, one small drinking glass, and one wine glass. We did ask the cleaner for extra glasses on our arrival and although she told us they were expected, they did not materialise during our stay. There were lovely big windows in the lounge / kitchen area, however the blinds were of very poor quality, and having lowered 2 of them we were unable to raise them again. I did send a message informing the agent, however they were not fixed during our stay. The agent I was communicating with via the wattsapp number I had been given, was rude and unprofessional! He was not easy to get hold of and either didn't reply to messages at all, or didn't reply promptly. When I gave him feedback at the end of our stay and mentioned kitchen shortages, his reply was rude. A week after my return home I had to ask for my damage deposit (which was requested outside of booking.com), to be credited back into my bank.

Faltaban cosas esenciales en la cocina, ni cafetera ni un cepillo para barrer ni una bayeta o trapo de cocina. Dejaron un solo rollo de papel higiénico para tres noches cuatro personas. Atención nefasta. No contestan a mensajes ni comentarios de interés que puedas hacerles. Para colmo un día nos despertó alguien que parecía borracho a las 7:30 insistiendo en entrar al apartamento en repetidas ocasiones. Al salir y sobre un montón de bolsas apiladas con la ropa sucia ( es un edificio de 20 apartamentos ) lo vimos echado encima. Once días después del check-out aún no han devuelto el depósito de 150£ y tras enviar varios mensajes reclamándolo aún no han confirmado cuándo lo harán.Una bonita estancia ensombrecida por una mala actitud del anfitrión. Booking debería tomar buena cuenta de este tipo de conductas y tomar en serio las reseñas negativas y justificadas.

The entire apartment was run down. Tv didn't work. Door handle falling off. Scuffs all over the walls. Windows were filthy and half of them didn't open. Broken blinds. Noisy ventilation system. Uncomfortable sofa. To sum up......very, very, very basic and in desperate need of some TLC.

The apartment looked good on the Booking.com. website.

I did not stay here as the owner changed our apartment just before check in, citing a problem with hot water. This is why I have given a poor score on every category. We were changed to the Harrington Street apartments, which we would not have booked due to the location next door to a pub. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and clean. However, there was a musty smell because the windows were painted shut. There was a damp spot on the wall, a damaged microwave and a TV that did not work. One window did not have a blind. The pub was noisy until 2.30 a.m. in the early hours of Sunday morning and midnight on Sunday night. The entrance to the " Dream Apartments " building was through a grotty pub courtyard. Not suitable for 3 ladies over 60. The Dale street apartments look good on the Booking.com website. What a shame we could not stay there.
