It was very clean and tidy, very spacious

Trying to contact the host is atrocious, Iโ€™m still waiting for my deposit one week after leaving. We also paid for wine on arrival which we never had. Only one radiator worked (the bedroom), said they had WiFi but when we tried to use it, it wasnโ€™t working (which also meant the tv didnโ€™t work)
