Great location, very clean and comfortable

There’s an issue with communication with the hosts - you don’t get any reply to messages until the day of the booking, so no confirmation of your deposit or of the planned number of guests or any other information. It all worked out fine on the day but it’s very stressful getting zero responses.

The apartment that we stayed in is extremely close to the city centre and the place was clean.

The morning of our stay we received a message on WhatsApp requesting payment via bank transfer as well as a deposit, it was sent and then there was no response for a few hours (after the first check in time indicated). The message received notified us that we would not be staying in the apartment that we booked and would be "upgraded" to another apartment on Harrington Street due to an apparent water issue which seems to have happened to other people before us so it's not an on the day issue, communication of this should have been provided earlier. There was no option of a refund or anything. The place on Harrington Street is above a bar which unfortunately does karaoke on a Friday and Saturday, the noise is unbearable. The wifi is terrible, normally I wouldn't really care about this but when you've got a TV that relies on wifi it's kind of important to have a stable connection! The sofa was completely bust, the covers don't stay on and it's extremely uncomfortable, there was also a cigarette burn on it. A three night stay was booked for three people and only one roll of toilet paper was there. Shower gel and shampoo looked like it was just leftovers from previous guests. No complimentaries of any kind (a tea bag would have been nice). Overall I wouldn't really recommend this place as it's not as advertised, if you do book it then make sure that you're on the ball with getting your deposit back because the host will not contact you!

The property was okay, clean good location

I didn’t like how Sean managed everything. He is very rude. Never returned the deposit money, i asked for the invoice never sent the invoice over.
