broken freezer, incomplete kitchen utensils, broken bathroom furniture window in the living area could not be opened so when we cook, the whole apartment smells of cooking

As i stay in hotel appaements ect i would recommend this place like say sean was so helpfull

Had fab night but the aparment needs bit tlc doing and could do with few more drinking glassers and mugs

The location was perfect for an overnight city stay.

I would absolutely steer clear of this property and the company Beehosting in future. Although the appartment was probably good value for money, noise from the busy road kept us awake most of the night even though we were four floors up! The bathroom is a long trek in the night from the bedrooms. The kitchen is lacking in equipment. The lounge is very stark and uncomfortable. The whole place is soulless. Despite having booked through Booking.com we were asked to pay a £150 damage deposit, by BACs direct to the Beehosting business account and then to pay the actual £87.55 room payment by the same method. They then wanted proof of payment sending by WhatsApp before they would release the keycode! As they wouldn't answer any calls/emails/messages etc before we left the house, I ended up having to do all this on the train there. The £150 damage deposit was returned on the same day after I requested it. I had originally booked a stay at Premier Suites, Liverpool, but three days before our arrival they phoned to say they had a better booking and couldn't accommodate us. We were given a selection of alternatives to rebook through booking.com, this was the only one that appeared to meet all our needs. This isn't the first time we've been let down by a booking we've made via Booking.com!

It’s clean & modern and in a good location.

The staff were so rude before our stay. They demanded a £150 damage deposit that couldn’t be paid on a credit card. They were so agressive in their tone and we chatted to some other guests who said they had the same experience. The flat had so many broken or missing things. There is nowhere to put toilet paper or towels, the blinds were broken or missing so you can’t make the bedrooms dark. The bins were all broken. And it’s so noisy. You can’t hear all the street sound and there was a noisy vent in our room too.
