Plenty of hot water ones I found the boiler switch!
NOT a luxury flat. The property description is misleading. No lift, no parking, no dishwasher, no soft closure toilet, no wardrobes , lights not working and awful cheap Primark bedding etc. The access to property is poorly managed. One night stay was enough. Plenty of Mirrors….

Great location, easy to find. Supermarkets & restaurants nearby. Felt safe as we were two women travelling on our own. Two large double bedrooms. Good shower facilities. Cooking facilities. Large TV with Netflix.
Flat was far too hot. Didnt sleep well as too hot and couldnt change the thermostat. Oven didnt work properly, took ages to cook then burnt the food. No microwave. TV far too big for room and very high up on the wall so wrong angle to watch TV.

It was warm, save and clean
After arriving I was unable to get in for about an hour, although I followed the instructions on the booking. I left voicemails and messages to the owner for the owner, but didn't receive any replies. I had messaged them to let them know what time I would arrive. The mugs had chips in. The remote control was broken. One of the curtains was hanging off the rails.

Good size.
Wasn’t clean when we arrived. Cleaner came. But didn’t change the bed sheets. I changed them.

Clean and modern. Plenty of towels, toilet roll, cleaning products etc. Owners helpful and responsive. Great price for a family group. Good transport links.
Sofa beds were a little uncomfortable. Microwave would have been nice.

Overall nice apt, comfortable beds & clean area
Some of the lamps were not working, appliances. Key fob was not working so out of 2 we only had one and it made our stay complicated. Host was unhelpful, didnt answer any of our questions regarding stuff and check out. One time we took the not working fob because we didn’t know that it doesn’t work and she scalded me through text message to not ring her bell but use fob. Wont return
